Bike Fit Pics
I am likely going to get a bike fit done at Multisport Zone in London, Ontario. http://www.multisport-zone.com/ZOM/. They are certified using FIST and Retul 3D image systems.
I'm posting a few pictures and video of my fit before any changes done. It is also for them to take a look at prior to going down to the shop.

i've never heard of the store in london. i go to burlington for my road bike tune-ups - they fit me for my bike way back when i rode it. will have to check it out. look forward to what difference you think the new fitting makes.
